[ PERSONALITY ]
Noel is like a typical teenager. He seems nice and friendly when you first meet him, but once you become his friend and get to know him, he holds nothing back. He'll playfully make fun of his friends using biting sarcasm, and hardly compliments anyone. His motto is to only use verbal and mental abuse, as they leave no physical evidence. However, when his friends need his support the most, he will be glad to offer his assistance.

Noel is also very prideful, so if he is ever wrong in an argument, he won't say sorry. Instead, he'll secretly help that person out with something and let them think they've won. Noel also has a huge ego, is playfully self-absorbed, and can be pretty hot headed! He is a quick thinker (although not an improviser) and likes to do everything fast. He definitely has more street smarts than book smarts. Noel judges people silently, believing himself to be not necessarily better, but perhaps smarter, which may come off as haughty. However, he is not above admitting when someone is indeed smarter than him. Noel will admit that his skills are lesser than someone else's, if they prove themselves worthy of his compliments that is!

Noel grew up as an only child, a little spoiled by his parents, so he values his friends very much. And although he hardly ever compliments them, he hopes they know that deep down inside he really does care about them. The fact is that he is actually a lonely guy that needs a friend compliant companion that will take his insults and sarcasm.

He's also obsessed with being the coolest guy around, so if someone is more likeable or popular, he'll be super jealous, but he won't show it. Instead, he'll act in a very passive aggressive manner.

Noel is also a firm believer in magic and the supernatural. He especially likes making friends with children, because often times, they share his belief in supernatural beings and occurrences. Although he believes in these things, he places science above all else. Science, to him, answers all of life's questions.

[ POWERS ]
-- Radon Breath :: If he can get close enough, Noel can breathe radon gas in the enemy's face. The gas that comes from his mouth is amplified to induce very rapid lung cancer. The enemy will suffer and die from asphyxiation.

-- Tangible Radon :: He can produce radon gas from his hands, which sort of crystallize and form a flat, geometric shape which he can levitate and use to throw or shield himself with. They break easily though, and when they do, they disappear as gas. If inhaled, the person will become slightly disoriented.

-- He also carries glass balls that he's filled with radon gas. They temporarily stun or distract enemies. Even if the enemy isn't killed, they will most likely get lung cancer from all the high concentration of gas and suffer for a few years before dying.

-- LOTS of upper body strength. Can lift hundreds of pounds with a single finger.

[ WEAPON(S) / FIGHTING STYLE ]
-- Noel has a lot of upper-body strength, and is skilled in hand-to-hand combat. He underwent intense training to strengthen his arms. Thus, he can carry a lot of weight with even a single finger, and his punches hurt!

-- Noel was trained in the art of Dim Mak, or Touch of Death. With a few touches to one's pressure points, he can block one's chi to induce temporary loss of powers, paralyzation, or even death (although that is rare; he dislikes actual killing). Think Ty Lee from Avatar: The Last Airbender. His legs are mostly for running, and his kicks are very weak.

-- Noel's defenses are lacking; he's the type of person that likes to plan everything out before heading into them.

-- Noel hardly ever does any direct killing, usually just paralyzing the enemy and letting someone else kill them off. However, if he does, it's usually by hitting a specific pressure point or using his Radon Breath.

[ MISCELLANEOUS ]
-- Noel's natural hair color is black, but when he acquired his Radon powers, his hair turned white. He tells everyone that he dyed it though, so he doesn't have to explain everything.

-- Because his mother was a chef, Noel enjoys cooking. He was a part of the Culinary Club in high school, but because he wasn't popular enough, he didn't get elected onto the board, even though he considered himself way beyond their skill level. He has held a grudge against them ever since.

-- Was in track team in high school. Always placed 2nd, much to his annoyance.

-- The barcode tattoo under his left eye has no real significance. He just thought it was cool and got it. Once in a while, he'll think that it was stupid and GOD WHY DID HE EVER GET IT???? But a few hours later, he'll be showing it off again in no time!

-- His lip piercing was also a spur-of-the-moment thing. Noel got really bored of looking the same every day and decided a piercing was just the thing he needed to liven things up. Sometimes he doesn't wear it. He also has his ears pierced, but his hair usually covers up his ears, so he doesn't pay attention to those much.

-- Has his own car, but is a horrible driver. Seriously, don't get in the car when he's behind the wheel.

[ RELATIONSHIPS ]
-- LEI :: Prior Radon and old master. She trained Noel in the art of Dim Mak and showed him how to use Radon Breath effectively. Noel dropped out of high school before his senior year to train to be the next Radon. (Thus, he never graduated.)

-- ANI :: High School FRENEMY. Meeting her was the worst thing that's ever happened to him. After she left HAZ, the whole place seems a lot more quiet and lonely.. B-but it's not like he misses her or anything! _{_{_baka--}}

-- RINO :: LONG LOST BROTHER???? Bar Code Bros for life!

-- COCO :: Ex-captain that he loved to be around with. She was crazy, but it was an enjoyable crazy. He misses her a lot.
